PRICING
Select creative services are offered across three distinct pricing tiers, each reflecting a different level of customization, exclusivity, and intellectual property ownership.
a brief note on
Custom, exclusive engagements with Curator are commissioned as singular, original works that are conceived, authored, and refined expressly for one client. Each asset is developed from first principles, without reuse, replication, or adaptation for any other purpose or audience. This tier represents the highest level of creative authorship and ownership within Curator’s practice.
Upon final approval and project close, full legal transfer of all intellectual property and associated copyrights is executed in accordance with Canadian law. The client receives unrestricted, exclusive use of all commissioned assets, with no limitations on duration, medium, or application. Assets created under this tier are permanently retired from Curator’s commercial use and will never be resold, repurposed, or incorporated into future works.
Pricing reflects the permanence, exclusivity, and legal ownership conveyed. Final ownership and transfer documentation is provided at completion.
Where third-party tools, imagery, or licensed materials are incorporated, those assets remain subject to their own licensing agreements; ownership and transferability are determined by the originating rights holder and may not be transferable.
